 NINJAS NEWS! ( SD THIS WEEKEND, LA NEXT WEEKEND! )So.... the elections are over. There were some tremendous steps forward and some glaring steps back. Election time takes a lot out of people and while the sweet breeze of change has been somewhat tainted by the rank fumes of discrimination, a lot of us can agree that we're glad it is behind us. This is only the beginning and while there are long roads ahead, we can at least look forward with a sense of optimisim and pride in our ability to bring about change. Regardless of outcomes, if you're like yer Ninja pals you are ready to get out and blow off some steam... Below are some upcoming events designed to do just that. Yer Carnie Uncle Saynt has been invited to join DANYAVAAD, DJ SANDBAG, and THE SHIMMY SISTERS for an evening of Middle Eastern & Indian Modern Fusion music and dance... ... And some of Saynt's cheeky house shenanigans. We're hoping to see a whole gaggle of our San Diego Family there! This talented crew of muses always comes with an amazing event that truly captures the spirit of the underground. Hyjynx and Saynt are STOKED to join a lineup that includes Azmyth, Jacques the Ripper, and a set from Fatfinger w/ Ysanne on electric violin. This night is going to be AWESOME! DONT miss out!
