THE BURN::
For the first time in LA HISTORY, you can experience the cathartic release of BURNING. Our symbolic art installation called "Seraphim: the Spirit of Unification" was created by a team of local artists, and signifies unity and community, the love of art and earth, and the spirit of gifting to all. You are invited to write your hopes, fears and dreams on our beautiful angel during park hours anytime throughout the prior week. Then join us as we light her on fire at 2 AM!! Watch the wind carry it away to the heavens. It's going to be AMAZING!!

The burn will happen approximately at 2am. Weather and public safety will determine the exact time of lighting.

No entry after 2am. You may come and go as you need during the day, but after 6pm we cannot allow re-entry once you leave. State Park rules.

PETS::
Your furry friends are permitted at the event, however they must remain on a leash at all time (state parks law) AND since this is a Leave No Trace event, you must pick up after your pet leaves something from their behind.

ATTIRE::
You are encouraged to dress as your Creative Self. Be Fully Self-Expressed, Make a Statement!! Wear something FABULOUS!!

PARKING::
Park at Union Station. Parking is available in the Gateway Center Garage located under the Patsaouras Transit Plaza. The entrance is on Vignes Street. The daily rate is $6, with a 30-day limit. Payment is accepted using cash and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). The parking garage is patrolled regularly by security officers making it the safest place to park in the area.

TRAIN::
You can either walk from Union Station (5 blocks) or ride the Metro Gold Line North ($1.50) one stop from Union Station to the China Town Station. The entrance to the event is approximately 100 yards from the China Town Station.

WARNING::
Per parks request, security will be searching bags before you can buy your ticket and enter the event. Please do not bring with you Illegal Drugs, Alcohol, Weapons, Explosives, Markers, Spray Paint, and GLOW STICKS. Feathers boas (and items similar) that tend to shed, are discouraged.
